Project Management
Project management consists of five deliverables to mark the beginning, middle and end of the project. Such meetings will provide for each partner representatives the opportunity to meet together face-to-face, allowing for collaborative and gradual knowledge building that may shed light on opinions and ideas that could not have been shared through Skype or email.

The Kick-off meeting will serve as the official start of the project, and all partners will meet together for the first time. The Project Management Board (PMB), consisting of one representative from each eligible partner, will be selected during the Kick-off meeting. The PMB will meet in person at the Kick-off, midterm and final meetings, and over Skype when required.

The Midterm meeting (MNGT 8.3) will mark the project midpoint. The Final Project Meeting (MNGT 8.5) will serve as the project end, and will include final progress reports and plans for further developing institutional capacity based on project results.?P1 will also manage and coordiante the accounting and other administrative issues associated with the project (MNGT 8.4 and MNGT 8.5).

Work Package 6

Quality control and monitoring
This quality and exploatation WP has been designed to ensure that all partners frequently communicate with each other, ask for help if necessary and make decisions together. Quality Assurance (QA) body will be established. In addition, compulsory external audits will be performed at the project midpoint and at the end. This should contribute to the quality of the implemented project activities. Review and assessment of curriculum and I&E centres will be organized at completion points.

Workshops and training seminars evaluations will also provide a direct feedback to be incorporated into the progression of project activities. Audit will be delivered by external provider. WP6 represents a direct support to management planning and the status of implemented activities. The planning for all activities of WP6 can be found at our Quality Plan.

Work Package 2

Curricula development
The aim of WP2 is to develop partner countries HEIs curricula and establish capacity for I&E education through university-university and university-industry cooperation, joint initiatives of academia and internationalization activities (regional priorities). It is based on transferring good practice and experience to P2, P3 and P4 in the field of I&E in Blue economy. Moreover, it is believed that it will increase the readiness and capacity of partner countries HEIs to run I&E courses by involving the I&E centers established in WP3.
The methodology for curriculum update by I&E concept in Blue economy (DEV 2.1) will include such activities as revision of existing study courses in Montenegrin and Albanian HEIs and integration of identified subjects missing in existing study programs (bachelor and master). This will be followed by DEV 2.2 preparing guidelines for learning development. Preparation of course catalogues as a teaching material is emphasized in DEV 2.3. The WP2 output comprehends preparation of course scripts and teaching materials for identified subject gaps (WP1) through the exchange and application of existing material at program countries universities, including translation into regional languages and adjustment and adaptation of e-learning courses DEV 2.4 and DEV 2.5, respectively.

Montenegro
Based on the findings of WP1 and developed methodology, project partners prepared the guidelines for learning development for University of Montenegro. Current situation in University of Montenegro, SWOT analysis, recommendations for new study courses and I&E Centre, as well as best practice examples from Norway, Croatia and Lithuania are described in the guidelines.

Albania
